Refund policy

Arrived damaged? We'll replace it free.

Glass can be fragile in transit. If anything arrives chipped or broken, email sales@worldofdesires.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the broken item.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us with your order number to start a return. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
